2-Year Material and Workmanship Warranty
Coverage begins on the date your project is completed. Here is what is covered, the conditions that apply and how to contact us about a concern.
Material coverage
Materials supplied under your project agreement are warranted against defects for 2 years from project completion. Materials found to be defective during this period will be repaired or replaced at CarpentryBoys Inc.’s discretion.
Workmanship coverage
Installation is warranted to be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Covered workmanship defects discovered within the 2-year period will be rectified at no additional cost to the client.
Conditions and limitations
- Coverage applies under normal use and maintenance conditions.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
- Please notify us in writing promptly after discovering a defect.
- The remedy under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective materials, or re-performance of the installation.
- Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
How to report a concern
Send written notice describing the defect to our email below. To help us review it, include your name, project address, completion date and any relevant photographs. CarpentryBoys Inc. may inspect the reported defect to determine the appropriate course of action.
